Here are 3 ladder tests that I did today with the following rifle:
Gradous 308
24" Bartlein barrel 11.25 twist
Surgeon 591 Action
McMillan A5 stock
Shot off front rest and a sweatshirt rolled up as a rear bag (I'm not smart enough to bring all my gear to the range yet).
Wind was 3-8 mph generally right to left.
The varget and R15 are very easy to read. Good node up to about 9, big jump up at shot 10. Amazing how similar the these 2 powders acted.
8208 was tougher. 6,7,8 were obviously a good group. 11-15 looked pretty good too, except that 14 was WAY off. I'm guessing maybe I screwed the pooch on that shot.
