7mm 08 140gr Partition RE17 min/max?

I want to load for my girlfriends Browning A-Bolt micro hunter w/20" barrel. I'd like her to shoot the Nosler 140gr Partitions. Does anyone know the min/max using RE17? Mostly interested in the min, since I'll be loading light.
