You always read plenty stories where things have gone wrong, this is a positive feedback. Living in New Zealand, some people are reluctant to send stuff that far away and opt out.
skinney_7 (O'Neill Ops) went out of his way to send me a chest bino pouch for my Vectronix. Took a while to find best payment method and shipping costs etc, but he stuck with me and made it happen.
The pouch arrived yesterday and couldn't be happier.
Hard to get specialist equipment this end of the world and even harder to get someone to go the extra mile.
