I just wanted to tell you all about the most excellent customer service from bushnell,
my range finder developed a fault with the battery cover,its quite old as well not under warrenty i think ,
contacted bushnell , not going to repaire but replace ! no charge ! and they are paying shipping to the uk as well
fantastic service

A few years back I ordered a Bushy 5-15X40 scope. While centering the reticle the windage knob siezed up on me. Wouldn't budge. Hadn't even mounted it on the rifle yet. Sent it to Bushnell's customer service with a note and copy of receipt and a couple weeks later I got a new scope in the mail. No complaints from me.

my brother in lasws rangefinder quit on him (Bushnell) They sent him a new one in a couple of weeks great customer service.
