The HDMR scope I got from the GA group buy turned out to be defective. Thanks to Dustin at GA, I got a straight-away connection with BPO. I spoke with Steve and Todd via phone on several occasions; shipped the scope back and within 24 hours it was confirmed as defective. They each offered that a replacement would be available but not until first week in March. Todd had suggested I might be interested in the HDMR with the Tremor reticle since it was in stock. Offering me a deal I couldn't refuse, I jumped at it when I talked this AM with Steve. As soon as it goes through an additional QC inspection, he'll ship it out tomorrow.

These gentleman are absolutely good to go and do a remarkably good job of representing their company and their customer service. They call to mind Scott at Liberty Optics and Ceylon of Outdoorsman. Timely return of phone calls; willingness to work with the customer; seriously supportive of my concern, even though I'm just a geezer who enjoys shooting, and not someone in LE or the military. First Rate, guys
