Called 2 weeks ago and I was told should be approved this week! I called today and they are still not approved!!

It's only the first day of the week they told you it COULD be approved on.... patience is key when dealing with the NFA process!

Hey guys, Quick question???

So i had a trust done in July 2011, gave my $200.00 cash for the tax stamp and was issued a Suppressor (.30cal) which i am going to put on my AR .223. The NFA told me i should have it before Valentines day and i am getting excited, however, i just went to the website to the gun dealer i purchased all above from and they have went out of business, closed, retired etc...... now what do i do? I have the make, model and serial number for the suppressor but where would it be?

Also,

Does anyone have a good reccomendation for a gun dealer in the Denver/metor area that will be able too thread my rifle(s) once i do receive my suppressor???

sooooooooo I got that call that we all want to hear.. stamp has arrived I'll go get it tomorrow morning and then wait for my trijicon rmr to arrive mount it and 1 gun will finally be done. I'll update with pictures in a week or so when it's all finally finished.

It gets mailed to the dealer. Mine took a week to get from ATF to my dealer.

Two more came in this week that is four this month and two more hopefully within the week. Seems like close to 6 months some a week or two shy of that.
I guess that means I have about 6 months for the latest two. At least this time I have some in inventory to keep me occupied while I wait. Guess I need to send off a couple of SBR's while I am at it.

I ordered my a TBAC at the beginning of Jan. In process to the dealer, who then has to send it to my dealer in this state, then the form 4. Based on form 3 and 4 wait times, I'll be lucky to pick it up this year.

AAC Cylone went pending Sept 2. Dealer called Monday February 13 and said my stamp was in! Going to pick it up today. Greatest Valentines day present ever!!!!

this has been answered 20 times in this very thread, but on the info page of the form 4 there is a phone number to call for inquiries, call that number and ask. Have ready your name and the serial number to the can

I think I might be taking the plunge and get myself a Can very soon. However, there's a chance I might be moving from CO to OH in the next few months. If I start the process here will that be a problem if by the time I can pick up the suppressor, I live in a different state? Will or can the vendor ship the suppressor to me?

Should I wait until I get to OH? Who's faster/better on the wait time, OH or CO?

Make a copy of the front of your form 1 or 4. </div></div>

Personally, I make a double sided color copy and carry that. But that's just me,,,
