Looking to upgrade from my caldwell front rest. I'd like to get something that is obviously steady but not extremely heavy and allows micro windage and elevation adjustments. Does not seem to be much on the market below $200. What do you guys use and recommend?

Hart pedestal/base and windage adjustable bald eagle top from the early 2000's. Whatever you decide on, be sure the pedestal/base is cast iron.
