Recently ordered a couple accessories from SilencerCo. Order arrived on time, but was missing one of the items and had another that I didn't request. With a quick call they offered to overnight ship the missing item to me and told me to keep the additional item as a thank you for my business. 2 minutes after hanging up the phone I got an email tracking number.

Yea they are GTG!

Just got back some older Octane 9s that I shipped in for some customers. Silencerco/SWR had them updated in less than 5 hours and they were on a brown truck headed back.
