Handcuffed , hog tied , beaten then a bag put on his head then kidnapped - then false charges filed against him

At least it was a military aged male this time but I did notice until he’s handcuffed they didn’t get physical .

This is an entire duty shift involved. Guess the good un’s had the century off .
