Is there anything that can be done to improve the trigger on the Tarus Judge?

Has anyone had work performed and how was it?

Re: Judge Trigger Job

A trigger can always be tuned up.

I'm quite familiar with S&W revolvers, but not Taurus. Are they the same inside?

If so, polish the DA sear and rebound slide, and cut down the rebound spring as much as you can while maintaing proper trigger-return.

If your SA trigger is crap, thats more difficult to sweeten up, and ought not be messed with by an amateur.

Re: Judge Trigger Job

It has been said that the Judge is poorly designed/constructed, as far as internals, however, I have not had and problems with it!

With that being said, it may difficult to find proper parts and a smith with the expertise to improve the pull.

I wish that I could find someone that could make it smoother and/or easyier to operate!
