Manchester Arena inquiry: Guard did not raise alarm about bomber because he was 'scared of being branded racist' - 22 died.

I wouldn't be too hard on the kid honestly.

1) he would have had his life ruined if he reported the guy.....he would have in fact been labeled a racist, whether he was right or wrong.

2) I've worked stadium security....you are not trained well (if at all).....you are a prop to make the people "feel" safe......you are not equipped to provide any actual security.

Even if he did actually report the guy, I can almost guarantee his report would have been ignored by his superiors.

France... One of many countries where standard operating procedure for anyone who values his life and his loved ones' lives is to procure a handgun or revolver in ANY POSSIBLE WAY. Keep a low profile. Backpack carry. Do not get into any stupid shouting matches or arguments in public. Do not attract attention to yourself. Wear a facemask and have some different colored face masks as well.

When something like the above incident occurs and you happen to be in the vicinity and is able to stop the scumbag? Shoot the motherfucker in the head from behind or at any distance you are gauranteed to score a fatal hit, and keep on walking, into the nearest dark and out of the way street that you can find. Keep on walking. Blend in with crowds elsewhere. Change clothes and put on a different type of mask when an opportunity arises...
