Talk to this guy, he can do about anything you want. I had him do one for me and was very pleased with the results.

Over the last 12 years I have probably forged over 30 Mauser bolt handles, had 30 more handles TIG welded, and had a couple forged over then extended with TIG.

I have bought all the TIG equipment and books, but it is not as easy as running a mill or lathe. I have yet to weld my first bolt handle.

I have paid $15 - $50 per handle.

There is so much equipment, skill, and work involved [and yet so little money], that guys that do it seem to turn into soup NAZIs.
