My 6mm is throated for 105 Hybrids. I have a .105 freebore. I would like to try 110 SMK's or 115 DTACs. My current freebore drives the bullet past neck shoulder junction at lands. I have a reamer with a .160 freebore. Can I run that reamer by hand on a barrel that has approx 600 rounds shot out of it?

Yes.

Make sure you use a snug fitting pilot and an effective stop of some kind. It's waaay to easy to go a few thou too far without a rock-solid stop.
Setup is going to depend on whether you're going to do this with the barrel on (through the receiver with a t-handle ) or barrel off?

I’ve done exactly this, by hand, and the barrel shot just as good as it did with the short throat. The throat can’t be anything but straight with the chamber.
