Rifle Scopes My USO Customer Service Experience

    I purchased a USO SN3 3.2 x 17 with MDMOA reticle a couple of weeks ago from the For Sale Optics section. I am the third owner of the optic. When I got it I noticed there was some dust in the lens on the lower magnification levels and the illumination needed some work. I talked to Jeff Fertal via email and over the phone about sending the scope back to them for the dust and looking over the optic and rebuild it if necessary. What surprised me most is that they took it back and refurbished it without charging me anything. That is AWESOME service in my book. They have won a customer for life. I have two SN3's at the moment but there will be more as money becomes available.

    The scope will be on its way back to me this coming week and being at Brea California for just two weeks in which most of that time was Christmas and New Years - nice turn around times.

    My hats off to a great U.S. organization.

    If you are in the market for a optic make sure you give USO a look. Got to respect an organiztion with that kind of customer service.

    To add onto this - just received my first USO scope this past week. Sadly, for my wallet, it probably won't be my last...

    Their customer service was excellent, and I can't imagine how the build quality could be any better.

    There's a lot of great glass out there. The treatment that I have received from US Optics since the first contact I had with them years back on a used SN3 I horsetraded my way into is what has made me them outshine other manufacturers in my experience.
