Hey all, have seen the site in numerous google search results and thought I should finally join. I am nearing the end of my first full custom rifle build... should be done in a month or so. Defiance rebel action, bartlien #4 spiral fluted barrel, McMillan game scout stock with edge fill, jewel trigger, and PTG bottom metal. It will be chambered in .280AI, going for a semi long range mountian rifle for hunting. It should weigh in at around 6.5lbs. I'll post pics when its done. I am also getting ready to start another build in 6.5x47 most likely, I have a krieger 8twist heavy varmint barrel and a rem700sa to donate but might do a custom action again... undecided. Manners T4 or T2 will be under this one. We'll see... the wait times are excruciating! Haha....
