Would anybody like to have a template for printing your reloading info on Avery labels?
I found this somewhere on the internet a while back and made a few changes to suit my needs. I'm not aware of any copyright or restrictions.
You can print a full page of blank labels and fill in the info with a pen as you use them, or you can pull out singles, type in the info, and print them individually.
This is just a scanned page I loaded to photobucket, but I'll be glad to email it to somebody that knows how to put it in a downloadable format. Maybe even a sticky of some sort?

I haven't been on this site very long, so if something like this is already floating around I apologize.

Re: Reloading info labels

I put a post-it in the box or bag with the handloads. I write on the post-it something like:

7mmRM
3.48"
70 gr Re33
180 gr VLD moly

If I find some ammo that lost it's tag, it is scrap for pull down.

When hunting, I sometimes also tape an additional post-it with Scotch tape, to the outside of the box.

When doing a work up, I make a map of each load on the post-it in the box. If the ammo falls out of the box, it is scrap for pull down. Sometimes I also write on the cartridge case what the powder charge is with a Sharpie.
The cartridge cases should be placed back in the same hole in the box after firing.
Later, those cases can get their extractor groove diameters measured or get new primers inserted, to find the threshold of short brass life.

Yep, I saw that. That's a feature that blocks any print from showing under the label and allows you to keep sticking labels over previous labels.
I don't think Avery would have any problem with this being posted and used, since you have to buy their labels and use a template from their website to print the labels. Just free advertising for them.

I have tonnes of avery label sheets sittin around at work looking all lonely with no one giving them the appropriate loving care they deserve.

That printed portion is not on the labels themselves, it's left on the sheet when the printed labels are peeled off.
