Rittenhouse Trial

Hard to watch? That was one of the most painful things I think I've had to endure in years. He argued like a four year old. I can't even believe that guy has a law degree. He spent an hour sifting through innocuous crap, and in his mind I'm sure he summited some extreme "gotcha" on the most ludicrous and meaningless minutiae. That smugness when he transgressed the judge was crazy and I'm surprised the judge didn't come down off the bench and bitch-slap him. Would have been well deserved.

His case is trash and his only hope is trying to get Kyle to admit he was responsible for creating the situation where he was attacked. There's some people saying that the prosecutor is trying to cause a mistrial. I know the judge wanted to say more earlier when the prosecution tried to introduce evidence the judge excluded but he stopped himself. Later on he said he didn't believe the prosecutor was acting in good faith. So it's possible, even likely, that the judge thinks the prosecutor is throwing the case.

And for the love of god can the defense call in a ballistics expert. Listening to the bullshit coming out of the prosecutor's mouth was maddening, and the only person that attempted to correct him was the judge. Someone needs to tell the jury that FMJs aren't designed to go through multiple people, hollowpoints don't explode, a handgun can be just as deadly as a rifle, and it's entirely possible for someone to miss a moving target from 20ft away under stress (explaining why antifag ran up on Kyle).

if that was "acting"...this untrained 17yr old is a better actor than all of hollywood combined...

to anyone that is not a political hack, it is painfully obvious those were legitimate emotions from a kid reliving the worst day of his life...

Deffinitely not actor material....he was not negligent with his firearm.

I get a feeling from the attitude of the Judge and most witness testimony of the people in the area were not happy with the protests and destruction of private property. I think Kyle‘s gonna walk.

Also anyone noticed the judge seems to know shit about bullets

Honestly the judge should have ended it the second time he yelled at LittleBinger.

Probably not the judge’s first murder trial where ballistics were discussed.

Something is definitely amiss. And it caused me to think about it.
Everyone is coming down on the prosecutor for being stoopid or whatever. Think about it. Even the defense attorney is in shock. They even tell the judge that the prosecutor is an experienced attorney and knows better. So why did he do it? There's several other similar situations. So why?
1. He's doing what he was told. "Just doing my job". Put yourself in his spot. How could you look at all the evidence and try to make a case against Kyle? You are going to look just as bad.
2. He passed the bar on the 23rd try

Folks, if this goes down and we get an acquittal on the murder charges, the other charges won't matter. There will be rioting like never seen before. It won't matter if he's found guilty on all other charges, without a conviction on the murder and attempted murder charges, the Left will tear city apart all over the country.

If you live in a major Blue City, prepare now for total chaos in your streets.

Or he knows he can't win, case is shit and he wants a mistrial so that he doesn't get handed a big fat L.

I mean seriously ... what are the odds that every one of these guys was a felon/sex offender and yet somehow they all have something in common with the mainstream media ...

Almost as if there was a clue in the early life section on wikipedia ...

Does not get much bluer than Los Angeles thanks for the heads up I need to stop at Costco and get a fresh case of popcorn.

Thank God the judge didn't put up with that hollow point vs fmj nonsense. I was screaming at the screen at that point.

I’m not sure. These three were retards even by Antifa standards. And their melanin levels are nowhere near riot-worthy.

But in case I am wrong and the cities start burning to the ground… I will say this:

Besides Kyle being acquitted I pray that LittleBinger is punished for his blatant misconduct. He should never be allowed to practice law again.

i don't consider myself religious (grew up catholic) but i often pray that there is a hell for the bad people.

Prayin’ you get that gift brother👍👍👍
i was very "religious" as a youngster. i went to parochial school for 1&2nd grade, but they didn't have mgm (or gate) for gifted students so i changed to public school in 3rd grade and was nicknamed "the roman catholic warlord" by some of the other kids because i was into punishing the bad guys.
:p

Then why are laws such as malicious prosecution and abuse of process still on the books?
Man they got so many laws that they don’t even know what’s on the books anymore.
this is what we get from cnn...

Yeah the slant is atrocious. There should be a way to start holding the media accountable as a lot of this divisiveness is being fomented by unbalanced/unfair reporting.
Kyle's facial expressions during this trial are classic. When the prosecutor asks a question it's as if he has a look on his face "are you a fucking idiot" or " You truly can't be this stupid".

Go back and watch some of the testimony and look at his little subtle subtle facial changes, the little ticks… they're hilarious. I don't know how he keeps from laughing at the prosecutor's face.
These stupid mother fuckers asked Kyle why he didn’t call 911, in the middle of being chased, beaten, thrown to the grown and damn near in the middle of a gun fight. Lmao. Wow!

I don’t really care. See there is this thing called morals. From all evidence I have seen the man was in the right here. We cannot go down this path of convicting innocent people to appease a mob. True law and order must be upheld or there is none, period. Do whats right and let the chips fall where they may. Either way, it won’t and shouldn’t sit right with people to throw an innocent man behind bars.

thinking on mistrial further, it might save the jury and their families from being hurt or killed, but it would take a very brave judge to declare a mistrial with prejudice. very brave indeed.
if the prosecution had any honor and concern for the public, they would ask for dismissal or whatever.

I’d do it in a heartbeat.

Hopefully this works. Was sent to me. Unreal how they try to spin this.

They're going to riot regardless of the verdict. These people have literally devolved into animals. I know it's 2021 and social credit scores are right around the corner (some might argue they're already here), but at least for now, the court of public opinion doesn't decide shit.

That said, I don't see major/extended riots happening for two reason. Number 1, it's cold. Number 2, the funding streams for the rioters won't be there on this one methinks. The approval ratings for dems everywhere is in the tank and more and more people are waking up to the bullshit being fed to them by politicians and the media. While the commies definitely need a distraction, rioting over a clearcut case of self-defense isn't going to bring anyone over to their side.

We played smear the queer on dirt. I applaud your toughness for playing on blacktop at Blessed Sacrament, home of the four wounds (knees and elbows). None of the girls played with us, but a couple could beat the snot out of us. Big and extra mean.

Racquet ball court, same same.

Well, I finally got through the entire trial today, and it just got nuttier than where I had left off earlier today...

Disregarding the flagrant violations that angered the judge, Binger just went off the deep end with all kinds of craziness. Just a few examples:

Grosskreutz would have just used the pistol from 15 ft. away from Kyle, so the fact he was standing right at Kyle's feet with a pistol, means Kyle should have realized Grosskreutz wasn't really going to use the pistol, and was not really a threat, because he was so close now.

After having chased Kyle down the street, Kyle falls and gets attacked, then Gaige rushes up with a pistol, it was Grosskreutz that should have felt threatened, because Kyle just fended off several attackers, then aimed his rifle at Grosskreutz when he approached pistol in hand.

Because Grosskreutz was angling the gun toward Kyle with just one hand, and was not holding it with both hands, in a spread-legged, forward facing stance, means he wasn't really aiming it at Kyle.

When showing the photo of Grosskreutz in the fake-surrender/hands up (photo not shown, but I'm assuming it was the infamous stillshot we're all familar), and Kyle's rifle is pointed down, low-ready, he repeats at least three times that Kyle was clearly aiming his gun at Grosskreutz, aiming at his body, rifle was aimed at Mr. Grosskreutz. (ETA: Poor Kyle, he kept looking at the photo, looking back at Binger, confusion all over his face, because the rifle wasn't aimed at Grosskreutz, yet Binger kept saying it was, and I'm sure he's thinking WTF?)

It was lunacy, gaslighting, unhinged. I've no more words...

I doubt if someone jumped out of a truck yelling and holding guns (WHILE YOU WERE ON PUBLIC PROPERTY) you would respond immediately with howdy my good man LOL.
If they get off every time someone mouths off at you or steps on your property you can pull a gun on them and hold them til police come??
Kyle is being targeted by the left and when you look at all the facts he isn't guilty of murder as self defense makes complete sense in his case, But when we defend the McMichaels it lessens the 2A side because we are now ignoring facts we don't like.
If they jumped out with guns yelling to stop and he pulled a piece and shot them both dead would you be saying he should walk with no charges??? because that IMHO would be WAY more reasonable than them hunting and killing him.
What happened to innocent until proven guilty???
Golly gee, when you put it like that...........

...........you sound like a pussy that's never had anyone pull a gun on them before, you know, like a little bitch.

It is a mistake to view prosecutors as "politicians."
You've written a lot of really stupid shit in this thread.....

.......this takes first place you disingenuous intellectually dishonest sack of lying shit.

This is the adopted son of Bill Ayers, famed radical who "made" Barack Obama, a former domestic terrorist who founded and led the violent Weathermen terrorist organization responsible for multiple murders and who declared, after a lefty jury acquitted him, that he was "guilty as sin, free as a bird."

Son of Domestic Terror Group Weather Underground Elected ...

The answer is the terrorist organization Weather Underground. Couple Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn who co-founded the group spent nearly a decade as fugitives for their role in carrying out bombings of federal buildings, including the Pentagon and U.S. Capitol.

You're a fucking moron and a liar. He, like all city prosecutors, is a fucking politician, and a radical leftist one who was being massively pressured to prosecute a clear case of self defense by the Democrat machine that runs Kenosha. Like Detroit, it was a blue collar manufacturing hub full of good, loyal, FDR, union Democrats. No longer.

You've just lost all credibility here. You don't live in our shared reality.

The person prosecuting this case does not work as a "city prosecutor." I suggest you learn to load your brain before you shoot off at the mouth. Maybe if you're going to accuse someone of being a liar, you should consider getting your facts straight instead of going straight for the personal insults. I'm not a citizen of Wisconsin and never have been; I have no axe to grind with their government or influence on who the elected DA is there. All I know is the guy on the screen isn't the elected; he's a civil servant and bureaucrat.
You are an embarrassment Downzero.....

According to fall pre-election reports filed with the state on Monday, Binger, a Democrat, raised roughly $13,205 between Sept. 1 and Oct. 24. Hanson, a Republican, raised $9,780.
Sitting Racine County District Attorney Rich Chiapete is not seeking re-election to the post.

The reports put Binger’s fundraising total for Jan. 1 through Oct. 24 at just over $31,765 — a figure that includes $10,000 the candidate loaned his campaign in May and June.

The judge needs to step in to call the trial. He alone will have better LEO protections rather than to let the jury decide. The jury will not only have one life to decide upon, but decide how THEIR lives will be after the trial is over. The jury will have NO protections.
