Well I took a savage axis and put two aluminum 3/16" rods in the center of the stock and filled with devcon epoxy, then polished and fitted the trigger from 9lbs to 3.5lbs. Someone gave me a free Tasco buckmaster scope, and I bought the weaver rings and rail on amazon for $28 prime shipped.
All in all, after going to range today I got me a nice deer rifle that can fall out the stand or get banged up and I won't skip a beat.
