The Poor Man's Henderson Gen2.5. It uses the Henderson collet handle, slide rails, and bolt stop system. Forster 3 way cutting tools in (2)6.5mm one brand new one used but in perfect working order, 6mm, and 30cal. The stand and power supply mount are home made, it's a 24v variable power supply, varying the voltage so it varies the rpm on the DC motor from Dayton. There's a bit of runout in the motor spindle, so anyone interested in it could either live with it like I did for thousands of rounds, replace the motor, or if they are crafty and have the know-how, they could take some material off the end of the spindle and eliminate the runout. The runout doesn't stop it from working, I just got annoyed by the vibration due to it, and decided to just buy the real deal.

Cutters are 3 way, yes. I never measured the runout with an indicator but it is noticeable when a case is inserted, it doesn't seem to affect the cutting, always trims within a thou of my target length.
The runout is entirely in the end of the motor shaft, if you were to cut like 3/8-1/2" off the end the shaft runs true. I just never tried since it gave me Results thats I was ok with!
