Calling BS on all the "can't reach them" comments. During a time when every one is swamped, you have to be strategic in when you call...between 10-3 probably wont work.

Same here. I placed my reload order in Jan and I've called twice since then and got an answer both times.
Just though I'd test the "I can't reach them" theory...complete BS. Just called (11:15CST) and reached them within 4 rings...typical for them.
I've had no trouble getting through on the phone either, the three times I've called over the past 5 months. None of these calls were to check on order status, mind you.

I will ship ammo to people in NY, looks like we have a year. I am glad I never canceled NY orders like everyone else did.

If the average order is around 500 rounds each, which wouldn't surprise me, that means over 1 million rounds ordered in roughly 3-1/2 months.

Never an issue getting through, Kristen (sp) is has the voice of a hottie and she has a great disposition, answers every time,,,, got Zach once and was disappointed so I hung up and called back an hour later hehehehe. Give them a call, just be aware they might be in a different time zone than you.
I'm #2364 and have yet to receive anything. Ordered mid-December. I'm not in a rush though.
OK, so then that means more like 2600+ orders and somewhere around 1.3-1.5 million rounds ordered since late November. About 37 orders per day, average.

We had about a week of not recieving orders, declined transactions still get an order number. More like two weeks, but the round count is about 780,000 since November.
I will try and let Kristen answer all the calls from now on, sorry Armyjerry for the disapointment, and I dont blame you.
Just waiting on Lapua Brass for the group buys, once it arrives, it is priority number one.
We are hammering on the reloads, delays with projectiles prevent some of them getting finished, but for the most part, they are getting done.
We are taking pre orders for our Brass line of 308, they will also be packaged in our new box, no more plain whites.

I placed an order for 200 rds of 70 grain Barnes tsx on 14 Feb. Order number 4412. My account hasn't even been charged yet. Guess I'm going to have to give them a call.
I think I ordered mine back in November as well? I called and adjusted what bullet could be used and within one week I received my order. Just list your ammo for sale here on the Hide and I think you will have no problem selling them for what you have into them or maybe even a profit.

Hmmm... You might want to settle in and wait a bit. Most orders are out 6-8 weeks minimum. Remember that these guys are totally snowed under with orders. On the plus side, they are still taking and filling orders. You just really need to practice your patience. It'll do you some good.
I didn't mean to imply that I was in a rush to get my ammo, I have no problem waiting in the current climate. I just wanted to make sure my order wasn't lost as my card was never charged. I called today just to make sure that my order was good and was told it was shipping tomorrow.
The issue was that there were too many cry babies that saw their account/card was charged and bitched that the order wasn't sent out, so SWA changed their process and now charge when the order is being filled/going out.

Sounds promising, only its not listed on their site anymore. Its the mk248 mod1 duplicate round. I wanted to us it to start off my new 300WM build....Any info on what brass they use, as well as MV from a 26" barrel?

For the 300 win mag, we are behind on, pretty much behind on everything. It will be back in stock in a couple of weeks. We are trying to get things under control and then we will put more products back on line.
We have a lot in the pipe line right now, not just making ammo. I promise I am not ignoring anyone with the pms and email, its just a lot going on.

Order showed up March 13th, 2013. This was only a week longer than expected and the ammo looked in great shape. Cannot wait to shoot it.
Just give everyone something to eat up while they wait. The 175 SMK reloads Out of my 24" tube I had a 2670 FPS Average and a 19 ES. That's some damn good reloads. Can't wait to get my next two batches back. More will be sent. Ammo groups well in 3 and 5 shot groups. Didn't want to waste ammo grouping 10 @ 200. Shot 1/3 MOA @ 200 for 5 shots out of a LH GAP Templar 24" .308. Have no fear when you get them back they will be worth the wait. I just hope the new SW ammo is just as good.
Well my reloads showed up this week, all 30 pounds of them, sent in some RP brass (they don't reload RP brass) they threw in a box of their regular stock in 175's on the house. Great service. I happen to be stuck in Europe on business so I called home tonight and had my son open the box and describe them to me, hehehe , he thinks I am a little crazy, I told him to take some pictures and email them to me. I wont be home til Friday at midnight but I know what I will be doing sat morning.
Got my shipping notice. I'm not home but it was supposed to be delivered today. Sometimes it pays to live within 90 miles of the ammo factory.

I sent my brass back in November... they cashed my check sometime in December or January and I havent received anything from them after tons of pms, emails.. etc. My order isnt even a big one... only 100 and something rounds. please let me know something if you read this Zach. anybody. anything.

Received my 500 Rds of reloaded 175 SMK's on Federal match brass. Looks like factory brand new match. Sent in my brass on 1/9/2013. Will try some of it out soon. I'm lucky enough to be paid to shoot at times and have training at a 700 m range next month. Cheers SWA !

I sent off 500rds of FGMM brass to be reloaded. I got back 500 rounds tipped with 168gr AMAX, in shiny cases, with nary a ding, in all the boxes I had sent them. After a bit of putzing around, this was the result:
Now, bear in mind that this is an off the shelf remington 700 varmint; the 300$ thanksgiving black friday special. And I'm a cruddy shot. 5rd group was nice, and the dot drill went splendidly. The miss below the left 1/2" dot was all me. The one partially covered by the 3" orange target was from a prior shot, and was not counted. So, .5MOA group, and a decent dot drill for proof. Go SWA!
