Bought one of the Storm im3300 cases from THEBLACKBISHOP on here, and got it in yesterday. Unfortunately it had a busted handle ... like the handle was GONE! Gee, thanks FedEX!
To his credit, Matt offered to send me another handle if he could find one, refund me, and just generally make it right. I am more than pleased with the case and how he handled this. I called Pelican and they are honoring their lifetime warranty against defect and breakage, even though FedEx should man-up and pay, and sending me a replacement handle.
Both Pelican and Matt showed me the kind of integrity and customer service we should expect ... and give in return.
