The shear concept that someone could get access to "sexual assault" information under FIOA is shocking to me (and highly doubtful). I'm not going to deep dive into it all, but just the idea spreads like wildfire that would lead one to be able to obtain just about anything under FIOA. Which we all know doesn't happen.....
