This is a must have for any true Remington 700, 721 or 722 collector...It was part of my 700 collection for years but I have since moved on from collecting 700s so the book is up for sale...
I am not sure how to grade books but I would call it an 8.5/10 with a few scuffs and some slight yellowing of some of the pages...
