I would watch it again. The man was pretty aggressive and was trying to start something with the police officer. The policeman's job is to control the situation. He controlled it with aggression of his own. Watch it again and you will see it for yourself that the man was ready for a "fight" with an officer before he even spoke to one. I don't blame the officer.

Police officers don't know who is who or if the person is carrying and is going to shoot them. Someone coming up and acting aggressive to them is going to get a reaction.

Who is this "we"? I don't hate cops and don't know anyone who does.
I know a lot of law enforcement officers and they don't wake up in the morning looking for trouble.
Assholes like this citizen are the problem. He was looking to agitate the police and you never get to see whatever happened before he started recording.
Are there bad cops? sure. With well over a million police officers in America some will be bad.
I would bet any amount of money that the percentage of cops that are bad is infinitesimal compared to other occupations.
