Looking to sell a backup scope. ZCO 5-27 that has been sitting in my safe since September 2021. I put it on a backup match rifle to make sure it functioned properly and then set it in the safe. I've been out of the rimfire game for a little while due to life stepping in the way. I have a Ruger 10/22 Target Lite that I bought a few years back but never fired. I'm curious as to what the current best budget optic to outfit it with is? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My smith finished this recently and I've just started doing some initial ammo testing.
Ammo is very scarce in my area so I just buy anything decent I come across and hope it shoots OK in one or more of my rim fire barrels.
The attached targets have been shot with a variety of SK/Lapua/Eley ammo with head space set at 045 & 043. Ignition is a little inconsistent with the thinner Eley cases and I've had a few misfires but can adjust the HS to suit in a few minutes if I can only source Eley.
Overall function is faultless with all ammos and several magazines and I think this will be a nice 22 - Only have a few hundred rounds through it at this point.

Hey all, can't seem to find a while lot on the GPO Rangeguide series LRF Binos, so looking for thoughts on them. Found a set (10x40) with a *really* good pricetag and considering jumping on them. Uses are mostly NRL, and I have no need for onboard ballistics software since I run an armboard with hard data (read, I would rather the money I spend be on clear glass and a fast laser than on AB+). AB is awesome but I'm not made of money and it's expensive.

The warranty is also certainly a factor, since GPO says it's an unlimited lifetime for the unit, unlike some that only warranty electronics for a few years.

I am using new Hornady brass and after firing it once, there are lots of scratches and marks on the brass from neck to the rim. There are lines running along side of brass for the entire length of the brass. Rim and bolt face side of brass both have significant marks. My gun is gassed properly, I am using adjustable gas block and the brass is ejected at 3.30-4 o'clock. I have attached pics of the brass, can someone tell me if this is normal for brass used in 308 AR-10 and if not, what I need to do to reduce marks on the brass?

Yard work, pressure washing of the house and driveway done. Time to relax in the garage.
