Don't know much about it, picked it up from a local auction, but it looks like it's barely been shot - if at all. BCG has minimal wear, brake doesn't have any carbon on it, barrel looks perfect, etc. No idea how it shoots.

Not sure if this has been done before but this seemed like the way to go once I had the height where I wanted on the cheek piece. With the ball and detent removed for the height adjustment, the wheel acts as a nut, capturing and clamping the assembly together.

Cheek piece off to on to off again within a few seconds.

First pass in some white PLA I had, more appropriate color and a few dimensional updates to come.

OK so clearly I'm retarded, but what freaking tool do you use to torque the front action screw on a KRG W3? It's a 6mm hex, OK fine, but the channel is so narrow, none of my 1/4" hex drivers will turn in the channel.

I have a set of Chapman gunsmithing tools but the barrel on the extension is too large and the bit doesn't line up with the screw.

Fine, use an Allen wrench. How do you put a torque wrench on an Allen wrench?

I guess I just don't understand how I'm supposed to torque the front action screw to a particular, specific value. If someone can point me in the direction of the correct tool I'd really appreciate it.

Building a rifle with my son and we ran into an issue. It appears the AICS mag block (?) is causing some issues keeping the action from going all the way down. We had to remove it to get it to fit around the trigger hanger and lower portion of the action. Pics attached.

Is this expected? Should we have done something different? Given the bolt head was there, grinding didn’t seem like the right approach. However, I”m unsure if not having the middling of the action supported is meaningful.
