Barrett M107A1 muzzlebrake on the M82A1??

Can someone tell me if the Barrett M107A1 muzzlebrake will fit & thread on the M82A1?? I will never suppress it, but love the look of the M107 brake vs the big doofy arrowhead shaped 2-port muzzle brake on the M82. Looking to buy the QDL Muzzle Brake Kit, SKU: 15107-KIT

Firearms POF Revolution DI 6MM CM in Bronze

Patriot Ordnance Factory Revolution DI chambered in 6mm Creedmoor with a 22" barrel. It has around 250 rounds through it, and it's in good condition with the exception of a few small dings. It's a fun gun to shoot and groups well, but I don't have any space for it. Includes the rifle and one magazine. I'd like $1500 for it, and shipping + insurance to your FFL is included. Shoot me a message for more pictures or videos. Not looking for trades.

Who Makes Thermal Fit Stripped Uppers?

I haven't found a comprehensive list anywhere of known manufacturers of tight/thermal barrel fit stripped uppers yet, so this seemed to be a good thread to start on a Covid Quarantine Sunday.

For the purposes of this thread, let's say uppers that may not have needed thermal fitting per se but a rubber mallet & strong words did the trick also count.

I'll start with those I have firsthand experience/knowledge of.

San Tan Pillar Billet
Rise Armament Ripper
Mega/Zev
Grey Ghost Precision
BCM MK2
Precision Firearms Billet
Lantac Billet
JP Enterprises

That's all I've got. What's the experience of the rest of the Hide?

PCP for benchrest?

Hello all! I do a fair bit of BR rimfire, but am interested in getting into 0.177 to participate in some weekly shoots.

I’ve done a lot of reading, but am struggling to narrow down my search. I like Annie’s, but in airgun world, they all seem to be focused on 10m with diopter sights. I definitely need a big scope.

What are people using for this? I’d like to stay at 0.177, and would mainly be doing 50 or 100yd.

I can spend some money on this.

Thanks in advance!

Chuck

Trim-It II Brass Trimmer Feedback

Need a trimmer for about 4000 pieces of 5.56 brass. Also have the oddball lots of a 100 cases for various calibers - .243, 6.5 CM, 300 win, etc.

I definitely want something that trims, chamfers and deburrs all in one operation for the 4000 pieces of 5.56, as it will save me a lot of time. The two options I've come across are the Trim-It II and the Giraurd Triway. The Trim-It can be modified to trim multiple calibers and the Triway is specific to one caliber.

Curious how hard it is to setup the Trim-It. Is is worth fussing with for 100 pieces of brass once every 5 years? I'll probably mess up 5 cases before I get things set right.

It might be worth it to buy a dedicated trimmer for the 5.56 and then just get something else to trim the random calibers and chamfer and deburr them by hand.

Thoughts?

Thanks!
