SOLD ADM Recon 30mm titanium

Came with a scope I picked up on here but I wanted accessory mounting points. Pretty impressed by it though, never had one before. Holds zero, and you can get different size rings for it. It does have 20moa baked in, also has titanium levers. 160 ppff

On this, St. Patrick's Day... a shoutout to possibly the greatest Irish-American of all time... Father Duffy

So... don't want to type out all the details... So read it for yourself.

But as the chaplin for the "Fightin' 69th" which traced its roots to the Civil War as a New York regiment made up largely of Irish Immigrants... he is recognized as a hero of WW1.

He was the epitome of leadership and served alongside "Wild Bill" Donovan (MoH and founder of the OSS). A young Douglas MacArthur considered him to be an icon.

He was, as far as I am concerned, the epitome of the Irish American who rose (against much opposition) from hated immigrant to the very symbol of Law and Order in America. A man who blended faith, patriotism, leadership and mentorship... and who helped make being of "Irish descent" into the very essence of being American.

On this, St. Patrick's Day... this is the kind of Irishman who helped build modern America. And who probably, almost noone, has ever heard of.

Erin go Bragh!!!!

Sirhr

PS. I'm of Scot descent. So for me to say anything nice about the %$#@ing Bog Irish... damn, this dude must have been someone!!! He was!

PRS Talk New MK TMB Muzzle brake

Looks like the MK TMB has had a completely new design. Someone else pointed out this was on the website yesterday.

Seems the brake is manufactured very similarly to a suppressor where each baffle/port is machine separately and welded together.
The tuner also seems to be made of brass.

They had a warrant!

For this man’s nephew born in 1996- he is currently in a state halfway house. So they arrested his uncle - because it’s hard to match names and dates of birth . Looking for someone 29 year old - arrest someone who’s 54.
And keep him on cuffs and search his house and vehicle even after they find out he’s not the guy .
And the best part - then they have a debate on if they have to read him his rights - fucking stellar!

Let’s give it two stars - they did match the address - and they didn’t shoot any dogs or peons , but they did arrest the wrong guy - when they knew it was the wrong guy - and weren’t sure about reading his rights .

Determining Caliber Coefficient (Not Ballistic coefficient)

Hey everyone, I am wondering how you can determine caliber coefficient. Not to be confused with ballistic coefficient though bc is required to determine this. The CC is a number derived from the bc and the caliber your are shooting.

I may not be calling it by the correct name. It’s part of the wind deflection calculation.
RC x (WS/CC) x WV = #MRAD x 3.438 = #MOA

So for your CC for a .308 win in this 4
A 300 win mag would be 5

What’s the formula to determine the CC for different calibers. Please provide the forms and an example.

Opinions on: Hawke Frontier Rifle Scope 34mm Tube 3-18x 50mm?

Seems like a decent price and good optic. I like the locking turrets. Anyone have any experience with them? Or know of any other budget friendly quality options? Want to stay around $1000. 3-18, 2.5-20, 4-20 power. Don’t really care for the illuminated reticle. Want to use for long range shooting but also on a dedicated hunting gun to pack around in the mountains. Thanks

Is a LA/SA multi caliber rifle possible with a Terminus Zeus?

So am currently brainstorming if I can make a multi caliber rifle out of a Terminus Zeus QC LA. The calibers I intend to run are 300 PRC, 7 PRC, 6.5 creedmoor. This will be running out of a AX AICS chassis or Foundation Stock, I know that there is no issue with the PRC cartridges besides barrel changes so it comes down to the 6.5 creedmoor. As of now magazines that will feed reliably are the main concern as am sure Terminus has .308 LA bolts. I know theres AXSR magazines that are designed to feed 6.5 CM but I believe those are double stack and the magazines on the AX chassis and Foundation are single stack.

Are there single stack magazines out there that will feed 6.5 CM reliably on a LA? maybe inserts?

Are there other issues I should be worried about?

Does this make any sense? can it be done?

Factory SOLGW FCD Rifle
Geissele SSAE Trigger

Just been experimenting with AR’s and looking to top one of my other rifles off with a NF 4-16 or 4-20(MIL-XT). Will consider that as trade.

Currently in SC, but am driving down to Florida tomorrow in case someone has one along the way they want to trade or would like to do a FTF transaction.

Have a 320 you no longer trust? Consider a Flux Raider.

Login to view embedded media Here is my review for those interested. TL;DW—it’s a really cool little PDW package. Nice to be able to drop a (non-RDS) carry or full length slide and FCU into it and have an easier to shoot package that can store 43+ rounds on board. Suppressed with the Wolfman I found that it gassed me out really fast, being so close up on it. All in all, if you have a 320 or FCU sitting around due to the current issues with the platform, this might be the ticket for you.
