Firearms Ruger Gunsite Scout 450 Bushmaster

Hello All,

I have a Ruger Gunsite Scout 450 Bushmaster up for sale. This unit has been a tac driver for me the past couple seasons. I want to recycle the funds off this rifle and build a custom bolt gun for next years whitetail season in the midwest. It shoots the Hornady factory ammo well, the Federal factory ammo not as well. Right now I shoot the 221gr Hammers at 2440 fps out of it. Most accurate bullet Ive used thus far. Any questions please let me know. This is as used rifle, I don't beat up my stuff, but you will be able to see that the rifle has in fact gone in and out of the woods.

Comes with everything pictured/listed
Factory box/paperwork
3 length of pull spacers
2 sets of 1" scope rings, 1 high, 1 medium. The medium are brand new and came with the rifle. I didnt know I had them until grabbing the box to take pics
Thread protector
Muzzle Break
Front Sight post
Action Lock
Rifle w/ 3 round Ruger branded AICS pattern polymer mag

Asking $800 net shipped my FFL to your FFL

Annie/Fluxeon Customer Service is CRAP!!!

Long story made short. Purchased an Annie Induction Annealer. Used it once with about 200 Cases. No issues and was impressed as all Hell!!! Forward about a month later, and went top use it again. Got about 10 cases into the annealing process and the Annie popped a breaker. Reset the annealer, and it popped again. Tried a few more times, and yup. Kept popping the breaker. E-mailed customer service. They got back to me ASAP. Ship it back to us and we will fix it. That's where it gets ugly. Again, long story short. They have now had the unit for over 2 months. I have a signed receipt for delivery. After 1 month of them receiving the unit, I emailed them and asked for an update. My bad they said. We will fix it and have it mailed back to you tomorrow. Well, now my Induction Annealer has been sitting on a shelf with a shipping label attached to it since Nov. 7th. Waiting for them to hand it off to USPS. And it feels like games are being played for some reason. Fluxeon. Stay Away. Sucks as I have a match coming up and after annealing with the Annie, I am going to have to go old school and anneal with propane.
Here's a question. If I was to purchase an AMP Annealer, and things go wrong, would I have to mail it back to New Zealand to get it fixed or do they have a US outfit to fix them?

Rifle Scopes Keep or Ditch- Steiner T5XI

Im always coming on here asking for advice on gear… Ive got a Sako TRG 22 in 6.5 and a Steiner T5XI 5-25x56… It is a nice optic and Im considering putting it on my TRG- Given geographic constraints- I really dont see myself pushing 1000-1100 yards. However, I find myself wanting to upgrade and have about $800 freed up. Assuming I sell my T5 for $1300-$1500 (which seems to be what they go for)- I’d have about $2000-$2300 to play with. I am a Steiner fanboy- is the T6XI worth it over the T5- should I consider a used M7- or perhaps go down the NF route…. Ive also looked at some used S&B PMII models. But, I could instead invest the money into a spuhr mount to go with my T5 etc….

Also I should add that my T5 does not appear to have the chromatic issues or adjustment knob related issues that others did.

Rifles Only, Kingsville, TX

Has anyone here trained at Rifles Only? I’m into precision shooting and have been practicing on my own because I want to participate in PRS competitions. One of my friends keeps recommending that I take a formal training course. He took his at K&M Shooting Complex in Tennessee, but it’s too far for me. I live in Houston, so I’m considering Rifles Only down in Kingsville, Texas. The price seems reasonable, and it’s not too far, so I think it’s worth checking out.

Has anyone here taken their Precision Rifle Course I & II? What’s your opinion? It seems pretty popular—they’ve got a lot of podcasts and some good reviews. Would love to hear your thoughts!
