I printed/submitted my SS eF4 in back in July/2022. A few months later, I was working out in my shop cutting some metal, and I burned a perfect triangle into the pad of my left index finger. I submitted 3 eF1s the next day. My eF1s--with the perfect triangle of no prints--were all approved in under 30 days.
My eF4--with perfect and complete prints--took 298 days to get approval.
So far it doesn't look like the scars will look that bad. After it's completely healed it will, hopefully, look like a couple of lines across the finger tip. The good news is I think I'll still be able to squeeze a trigger as good as before, even if it's the weak side.

Meanwhile, my 8/19 Cert trust, still hasn’t been approved…
My last SBR Form1 only took 19 days after my prints were received. That was just last month. Yet the form4’s are basically hitting 300 days. Ridiculous.
I hope you're right. I electronically submitted my fingerprints through a .eft. 19 days would be amazing

I hear ya. Individuals are damn near to 2023 and trusts are still in July some of them
I had another suppressor that was submitted same day and was approved 4/2. It’s all across the board
i had two on the same day last year. one took 77 days. the other took 268. ridiculous inefficiency.
why those dont show up together under my efile account is baffling.

Alright, that's hopeful for my 8/19 Trust...
Still waiting on my two from 8/2/22, Single Shot Trust, really hoping both suppressors and SBR are approved this week, it's killing me.
Quick question for the masses. Does my time start once I certify or am I still waiting on the ATF to cash the check before my time starts. First time using e-forms.
Go by certification date.
Just go out 240 (8 mo) on your phone, mark the date on your calendar and have it ring a bell for you. That way you only stress for 30+ days instead of 270+ days!

That is what I did for the last one I got via paper Form 4. 347 days.....
Good advice is good advice, but there can still be a limit. At the least you should call the ATF in Martinsburg WVA. You'll need the serial number.

My Griffin Armament Explorr was approved this morning and was submitted 8/2/22 Single Shot Trust. Still waiting on my Dead Air Mask from 8/2/22.
When I got over the 300 day mark on my last suppressor I started calling them.
I called last Wednesday, and had the guy check all 5 of my pending certs... My longest was at like 277 days (8/19/22), and he said it had been assigned, so it should be very soon. I asked about batch-approvals, and he said that he wasn't an examiner, but he had also heard of some recently doing that to help backlog. I jokingly asked if he could put in a note request under mine. He just laughed, and said he wished he could, but it didn't work that way in the system. He was pretty nice, so I can't complain. So, based on his info, I'm hoping it'll be this week... Tomorrow will be 7 days since I called, and he said it was assigned, but the other 4 still showed "pending" and weren't assigned. So I don't think I'll get lucky enough for a batch this go-round, but maybe on one of the next 4?

i wonder if they are slowing down the Form 4s to handle the brace-holes amnesty form 1s?

How does one get an approval at 6am and at 1130am the background check gets done and their is a Delay? Like WTF?! Beyond pissed at a monumental waste of my time 2 fvcking days in a row.
