    Re: Live round stuck in chamber ~ AR 10 Two quick ideas that come to mind are headspace and a bolt/barrel extension interference. Seeing that you checked headspace I would check the latter.

    Gunsmithing .299" Bore for 300WM Ok?

    Re: .299" Bore for 300WM Ok? Palma shooters normally shoot with barrels that have a .298 bore and a .3075 groove. They are shooting a 308Win usually with 155 grain bullets at 2950 or faster. Tight bores generally have no ill affects as long as things are done properly.
