    My vote is for GAP if you want to try and build something to fill both roles. To me AI, Sako, DTA are more geared towards the tactical side of things. All are great rifles though!

    I have a Tavor with the mepro light sight and love it! The trigger is not the greatest but to be honest i don't use it for precision shooting so i hardly notice, i have found the rife is pretty accurate.

    I have a custom shop P229 in 9mm and love it. A friend of mine has the P226 navy which i have shot and was really impressed the only thing i would consider is the application of the pistol the 226 is rather large.
