Re: Quick load I don't own it, but have talked to several who do... they all seem to be very happy with the software. I've seriously considered purchasing it a number of times, but I always seem to find a "better use" for the $153 and keep putting it off.

Re: Nikon BDC scope software Thanks for posting this... I hadn't seen it. I have a Nikon Monarch Gold 2.5-10x50 BDC on my hunting rifle, and this is good info to have, especially the data for lower magnification.

Re: cali deer hunting ? I'm hunting B zone this year... on my tag it actually reads "Valid in all B Zones". If the X zone tags read differently, there you go. P.S. No luck in B this year for me... been out a few times and haven't seen any bucks. Many does and bears, a few spikes. How is X1?

Re: Scale won't zero? If you take the pan apart that hangs from the scale, there are a few (different sized) pieces of lead shot in there. (Just remove the screw in the middle and it comes apart). I had the same problem with my 5-0-5, so I just took a couple of the smallest pieces of shot...
