Somebody needs to teach those cookie monsters how body armor is supposed to fit. Or go to the Dunkin Donuts size SAPI's
I am pretty sure the sheriff trumps a local PD. 1 because the county has a bigger jurisdiction than the city. 2 because the sheriff is democratically elected and holds public office. Either way they are all wrong
