mark larue is a great guy

Re: mark larue is a great guy I agree 100% with this and I'm in NO way , EVER against LE. But, if states, and NY is a prime example, want to shit on the 2nd amendment and the citizens, then it should apply across the board.Let LE/police be unable to get ammo, mags, and weapons and you'd see...

    Modifying a 700p .338

Re: Modifying a 700p .338 biggest improvement for accuracy will be a barrel change unless you are one of the lucky ones and have a good barrel biggest improvement for fit and feel will be a stock change, Mcmillan or Manners, but be sure to bed it

expected 0.22 grouping at 100 yards

Re: expected 0.22 grouping at 100 yards There has always been a saying that if you can shoot a rimfire really well the larger calibers are easier. I believe this, those smaller lighter rifles ( in most cases) amplify any deficiencies in your form.

Rebarrel TRG or New Custom Build

Re: Rebarrel TRG or New Custom Build I'm assuming it's a 308.....why do you feel the need to rebarrel unless it's shot out? Yes, 6.5 offers advantages at long range or in wind, but if you try 155gr scenars you'd be amazed how good it works.....

Re: Was set on Bushnell 3200 5-15x50mm... 44 vs 50 obj......only really going to make a difference in low light, such as dusk or dawn. And in budget scopes its more important to get better quality glass than larger size obj.I have that exact scope on a 17 rimfire, and I can say that it's VERY...

Rifle Scopes Bushnell 4.5-30x50...anyone got experience?

Re: Bushnell 4.5-30x50...anyone got experience? Good glass, accurate tracking, well made and tough. Anything over 20x and the image quality is not as clear. Great for bright light and sunshine, but don't expect it to be anything like a NF.

Rifle Scopes Do I need an Aimpoint???

Re: Do I need an Aimpoint??? Aimpoint vs Eotech......this could go on forever and comes down to personal preference. Red dots for aging eyes AIN'T a good combo go look thru one first you'll see what I mean. If you have any astigmatism forget the Eotech, but the Aimy is only a little better...

    Rifle Scopes Millett scopes

Re: Millett scopes I had a Millet once. While I had no issues with tracking/holding zero the glass clarity wasn't the best, about what you'd expect in that price range.Remember that they're chinese made......now for about the same money I'd look at Nikon or Bushnell. Try to budget about...
