Don't buy the new style. I had same breakage, not weldable. Tried new style, put back in box, found old style on EBay. I saw an ad for another brand that looked like the original recently. Sorry...Don't remember brand (green)?

Re: Chargemaster + straw = greatness Try this: Cut two pieces 1/2" long, split one lengthwise, slide the uncut one inside the other and install both inside the feed tube. Worked several years for me.

Re: Electronic Ears +1 on the Peltor 6S. You can pop the individual ears off the frame, and turn them over so that the thinner area is on the bottom. That gives you more stock clearance for rifle shooting.
