Thank you AirgunnerPCP I am definitely going to get a Magnus just of matter of time. I have a Nomad L right now and a Nomad LT in jail waiting for it. Just out of curiosity do you know what date was your Nomad LT was manufactured. And about how many rounds do you through yours.
For all the Nomad LT owners or TBAC suppressor’s have you ever done a string of fire of say 20 rounds or more to see how heat affects point of impact or group size if any.
In all transparency I have a couple of Dead air Nomad can’s in pending approval waiting. I have second thoughts about Dead air as company, I tried calling Dead air a few times and no one works there or picks up the phone. I am at the point where I am willing to spend the money on a product and...
Dead air nomad LT is coming in at a lower price point that is the only reason I am considering them, I wanted to hear from someone who owns both brands and has compared the precision capabilities of both suppressors at range, other then one has a lower decibel reading then the other.
So what you’re saying is the build quality and poor welds in a dead air nomad LT are so bad that they cant compare to the accuracy and repeatability that a Thunder beast arms magnus can deliver?
Has anyone ever done a runout video on how straight a dead air nomad suppressor is compared to a Thunder beast arms Magnus suppressor. I understand why you are paying more for a thunder beast arms suppressor but how much dose a suppressor that isn’t perfectly concentric have affected on the...
Re: Surgeon 591 extractor modification In my opinion I had a sako extractor installed in one of my Remington 700 bolt and I would not do it again. It worked well in the beginning but now its failing to eject. The factory extractor is more reliable in the long run.
I only have 200 yards for load development at my home rang what is the most efficient way to perform a new load development at that range. I read the OCW test but I cannot understand what to look for if there is any method that I can perform at 200 yards please help me out. I also read about the...
Re: M2008 bolt It kind of defeats the purpose of removing the cerakoting from the bolt and action to protect it from the elements . Just curios if by reducing the bolt body by .003 thousands and then coating would be bad for the action.
Re: M2008 bolt I had the barreled action cerakoted and after a few matches every time I get blasted with someone’s muzzle break the fine dirt gums up the action. Just wanted to know if I can do some thing to lessen up the tolerances or reduce the diameter of the bolt. Has any one done that...
Re: Neck diameter for new .308 barrel? What are you using the rifle for Tactical matches or F-class or something different. If you are going to be shooting factory ammo a .340-.342 will work. If you are hand loading and neck turning you can go smaller neck. You should also figure out your...
