    I originally joined because membership with them is required when I joined my local gun club/range. I have since become a life NRA member because they offered a decent price a few years back and I no longer have to remember to renew at the exact right time...as they like to ask for renewals...

    Compared to my 1911's yes, it is some what mushy...but compared to any factory trigger in any striker fired gun I have shot, the X has the best trigger from the factory of any of them...

    My new favorite is the Sig 320 X5, I had been shooting an XDM 5.25 but the new X5 is smoother and just feels better to me.

    Choosing a 22lr rifle: 10/22 /w KIDD upgrades vs CZ 455 /w Lilja Barrel vs Anschutz 64 vs Volquartsen Summit

    CZ 455 Varmint or like you said just a basic 455 and upgrade the barrel, trigger like Timney, and stock like a manners are solid options. The Anie or a V-22 would be best but very expensive for sure. I personally like my 455 Var. even as a stock rifle, it shoots pretty well inside of 50 yards...

    Rifle Scopes Anything beat a SWFA 3-15 yet?

    I enjoy both my 3-15 and 5-20 SWFAs, but they are built like tanks and a bit heavy for some uses. But, for the price I don't think you can beat them.
