Hey All I need your help finding a product to allow me mounting NVD on my rifle My rifle is a German made Golmatic GS-04 it has a weaver style mount permanently attached to him with 5 8X30 bolts and a some kind of bedding compound if I'll try real hard I believe that I can take it out but I...
I built two rifles from mark v Weatherbys. I can't find hardly a stock for it does anybody know wear to find picatinny bases for them? Badger rings are what I would like to put on them. I guess that is one reason why most people use rem 700.
I want to avoid scratching my scope with scope rings, so am considering the Burris Signature with plastic insert. These appear to be a Weaver type, whereas the top of my AR15 is a Picatinny rail. Besides there being no spec for slot spacing on the Weaver, the slots on the Weaver are .180" wide...
The "dovetail" cutting tool for making the final shaping cut(s) in 1913-adapters to go on a rail. Anyone know where and if one can buy these, or do I have to have one made based on available spec? Sorry, my search-fu is inadequate and nothing seems listed with Brownells.
Okay, yesterday I got the last piece of the puzzle (Scope rings) Got all fired-up and mounted my scope. After putting it all together, staring at it, and then spending 7 1/2 minutes with it alone in the Whack Shack, I decided to clean-up....check that....I was ordered to clean-up the living...
Been searching here and there for a pre-drilled rail to mount an Atlas bipod on my 10fp. Without much luck. Factory tupperware stock with the swivel studs at 2.5 inch on center. OH and BTW where can one find Swivel Studs in various sizes and lengths? Looks like I need to just buy some raw...
Do any of you guys know for certain if the Leupold QRW or PRW rings would fit on a Picatinny rail? Long story why I ask, but it basically involves giving me some flexibility to swap scopes between rifles.
I'm looking on possibly mounting a S&B 5-25 x 56 on a 300WM AIAW. Can I get enough elevation for 1500 yards out of a set of Badger Rings or will I have to utilize the AI Mount with 45* for the AI Picatinny Rail? Any help would be appreciated. Best, John~
Hi all: help and or opinions please- I have a sako75 in 6mmppc (will be changed to 6.5 Gren) in the future. Trying to get a good 34mm mount/ring setup without too much complication. Recently purchased a NEAR 20moa rail for it. Great rail, really well MFG. Will take some fitting to get centred...
