Gunsmithing 300WSM Rifle Builder Recommendations

Hello,

I am looking for suggestions for a rifle builder to build a 300WSM on a Stiller Medium Predator action, Proof Sendero 24in barrel and McMillan Gamewarden stock. I have all components in hand except for the barrel. I would like to be able to shoot 212gr ELDX or the 200gr Accubond for closer shots at game. I believe this will allow for a 3.2 COAL. My goal is to try to get these up to 2900 fps from a 24in barrel. Any recommendations or advise will be greatly appreciated.
