Saw a guy do essentially the same thing to himself at a grappling tournament. He got a bit too froggy and landed himself onto his C7. Instant KO. If the guy on the ground is not permanently injured, he and the driver are both lucky. The driver won’t be able to claim self defense. The thug’s lawyer will claim that throw was lethal force.
