Spent 2 hours with John Broz. As far as my lifting is concerned it was pretty much a complete change for my form with all my lifts.

Rippetoe was a good start and got me a long ways, but I've seen the light.

Anyone curious or have questions? I highly recommend that if you are in Las Vegas you go see John Broz. If anything you'll get to meet the future of American Olympic weightlifting in my opinion those guys down there are champions in the making.

Really friendly as well, and the price for training was unbelievable they obviously are there doing this because they love it.

What can you tell us about what you did? Like what kind of excercises did you concentrate on? Free weights vs Machine? High rep, low weight or low weight high reps? Or a combo of both? How many sets of how many reps on average?
