How rough is this load going to be long term on my barrel?

No pressure signs, no hard bolt lift, nada. And it has given me a few groups so far I really really like in the deer rifle Rem.

Manufacturer says 51 gr at 3.300" COAL is the max, gives 2,928 fps @ 58,600 PSI.

Am I going to chew the barrel up fast with a cartridge like this?
 
It's all based on how fast you are shooting. 4064 is single-based powder which should help barrel life.
 
IMHO, you are not pushing the '06 anywhere near the pressures of say, a hot .243. Some say 1000-1500 rnds for a hot .243. I would have to think you are going to be double that as long as you don't shoot too fast. You know, over heat the barrel by repeated shots without cooling, machine gun style.
