One of the core principles of the Progressive/Socialist/Communist/Fascist state is the destruction of the nuclear family and the total commitment of everyone to the state. Especially the Children! Because when the 'state' raises them, they belong to the state in body and mind (I won't say soul... because they won't have one they recognize).
This is the meaning of federally/union controlled schools... no different from all education being the responsibility of the Komsomol, the Reich or the People's Republic. It's control of daycare. It's control of all clubs, organizations and youth groups. Within weeks of being handed power, The Austrian Painter took over every organization in Germany... Every one from motorcycle and flying and car clubs (Training a mechanized army), to the Boy Scouts (Hitler Jungen) to gardening clubs and summer camps. They created the KdF organization... Strength through Joy. All vacations were awarded by the state... to KdF camps. The Volkswagen was the KdF Wagen before the war. At its most sick, teenage girls were sent to KdF camps where they were encouraged to breed with 'suitable' young Aryan men... most of whom were future SS.
Meanwhile, 9 year olds were getting medals for reporting on their parents... who were getting sent to Auschwitz or Siberia or simply shot (China) for being wreckers.
You CANNOT do this without destroying family, faith and community and making everyone serve the state.
This is the 'evil' that is happening. It is statism using the mentally-ill as their brownshirt/Red Guard/NKVD footsoldiers. Because we don't have millions of disaffected and hungry trench veterans... who were the original footsoldiers of Communism.

It's ALL about destroying family, faith and community. And replacing it with a centrally-controlled (global) state run by 'our superiors' who went to Harvard, Yale and Oxford and are, therefore, better than us.
