Anyone regularly use a TBAC Ultra 9 with 300 Norma or similar?

I may eventuality get a 338 Ultra but I was curious if the Ultra 9 would be sufficient for regular use.

There is a line in the cheek rest that may appear to be a scratch in bright light, but it is a roll in the material of the stock - a natural byproduct of a Foundation stock. I want a 300 Norma barrel for my Barrett MRAD, but I hate how expensive brass is and more particularly, how expensive 300 Norma factory ammo is. What's the reason behind that?

I'm assuming low supply because of military contractual obligations but I'm sure there is more to it than that.

I know scopes come down to personal preference but this question is strictly intended for those who have owned both a Tangent and ZCO. I currently own the ZCO 5-27 with the MPCT2. My primary use for a scope is PRS Matches and some just general long range target shooting. I am considering selling the ZCO and buying the Tangent. First to those who have had both do you consider the Tangent an upgrade from the ZCO and if you went to a Tangent are you satisfied with your decision. Just a couple of things I don’t like about the ZCO are the locking turrets, the parallax is not so forgiving and the smaller mil marks on the turrets (for fast dialing). I know ZCO now sells the 10mil turret model without locking turrets but if I was to sell and purchase another ZCO is it worth just stepping up to the Tangent. Thanks

I don’t know where to put this but I wanted my fellow south Florida shootin‘ buddies to be aware that JTAC is going bye bye. This saddens more than words can say. It’s been an oasis for many of us.

WE all like to bag on PRS for being a little bit of a shitshow (it seems to have improved somewhat) but if you have been following handgun the USPSA has been an absolute clusterfuck for a couple years.

Apparently in a lawsuit filed just last week, it is claimed the USPSA board has failed to pay taxes for 5 years.
