Now to the question. Should velocity be checked with the suppressor on or off.
I noticed on the Magneto Speed website it said the Sportster can not be used on a suppressor.
Two of my rifles are shot with a suppressor on them, so this will be a factor.

I have a couple Benelli Shotguns that have been sitting in the safe. Both are in excellent condition.

1) Benelli M2 3 gun model: 12 gauge, 21" barrel and comes with a set of chokes and choke wrench with comfortech stock. This has been sitting in the safe for a number or years. This is the original Benelli M2 3 gun first production. I think it will hold 9 12 guage 2 3/4" shells. I put masking tape between the barrel and the barrel clamp to keep from scarring....you may see the tape in the photos. Price is $1,500 shipped to the lower 48 states. M2 3 gun is sold pending funds.

2) Original H&K Super Black Eagle: 12 gauge, 24" barrel, black synthetic stock comes with one choke tube (I think modified). This one was sitting in the safe for awhile and decided to send to Rob Roberts, they do some of the Benelli Performance Shop Guns (Waterfoul, Turkey, etc). I had Robert Roberts cerakote in matte black, dip the stock in Sitka Optifade Timber, and do a trigger job. Price is $1,600 shipped to the lower 48 states.

Based on my research I pretty sure you can file a form 1 and build multiple end caps for your suppressor build. You can also obviously buy multiple commercially available end caps for suppressors.
What I seem to find conflicting information on is whether someone with machining skills can make their own end cap for a purchased suppressor. For example, you buy an Omega 300 and it comes with an extra ~1” worth of muzzle brake/end cap. Let’s say you don’t need the brake functionality and would rather save some length.
Can you make your own end cap here, or must you give SilencerCo $100 for one they’ve made?

Full Kit L3Harris RU-LR. This is a rail mounted 9000 Meter LRF in the 1570nm range. Meaning it's powerful AND invisible to all night vision. I have tested this out to 5300+ meters on a cell tower top which is about as far as I can see out here in Western WA. This includes the bluetooth remote control as well as the remote display. Case is included as well. I have 6 new remote display batteries as well as two new remote two button control batteries. The unit itself runs on two CR123A batteries. (included). I have not hunted with this, a couple range trips is all this has seen.

New York City has added weight and height to the list of identifiers that are protected from discrimination for work, housing, or public accommodation in the Big Apple.
The City Council passed a new measure that adds the two new classes to the old standbys, including sexual orientation, race, gender identity, and national origin, to prevent discriminatory treatment, Fox News reported.

I'll preface this post by saying that I'm new to reloading. I've searched the forum for answers to my questions but came up empty, so my apologies if these have already been answered.

Long story short, I'm have some troubles getting my FL sizing die set up correctly. I'm using a SAC FL die for 6mm creed with a .266 neck/shoulder bushing and one of their .2405 medium expander/decapping mandrels. I just can't seem to get a consistent shoulder bump of .002" on my once fired Hornady brass. I have cleaned it with SS media, annealed it with an AMP annealer and lubed it up using Hornady OneShot. I've been measuring every case I put through the sizing die, and most come out to between 0.001"-0.003" of bump, but every once in awhile I'll see something crazy like a .007" bump. Could this be due to brass inconsistency? If so, am I running any risks (other than over working the brass) with loading these extremely bumped cases?

Additionally, when I measure the necks I'm not seeing any of them at .266", a lot of them are in the .268"-.269" range. Is this due to "spring back" that I read so often about, and is this expected? I guess in my newbness I think that after I resize these pieces that they should slide back through the die, proving that they've been sized correctly but that hasn't been my experience. I've sized about 50 pieces and don't want to go any further until I'm certain I'm doing this correctly.
