Earlier this year my brother passed away, he had several medical issues. Now that his affairs are all settled I ended up receiving an inheritance of just over a thousand dollars.
I'm looking to use this money to buy something that I will keep as it will always remind me of my brother. So I'm looking for ideas/ suggestions on possible things to get. If you have an idea for something cool or unique please share.

Through some sickness I picked up too many 2011 style platforms and shoot one, maybe two of them. This one is on the chopping block and I’ll tell you ask much as I can about it.

Bought 3 brand new magazines for it that will be included. Haven’t even loaded these yet.

- lighter weight or just a shorty 6 creed or 308 barreled action. Have a stock here but my MTU doesn’t fit in it. Needs to be 700 footprint.

- could use a nice tactical/three gun style 12 gauge. Something like a 1100 Tac, 1301, m3 or m4, etc
- long range boomer. Can add cash and not too picky about caliber as long as it is mag fed and not single shot.

Selling one of my favorite rifles because I just picked up a second Bergara in trade and won't be shooting both. This gun is a blast to shoot suppressed and I've never had issues with it cycling a variety of suppressed ammo. It loves SK match ammo and will shoot a ragged dime at 50 yards with it.

I would say I've put right around 500 rounds through it. I'll give it a light cleaning before selling, but overall everything is in good shape.

Well I have a buddy who bought a fierce rouge 7prc. The rifle looks nice but…. When you use factory hornady precision hunter 175gn ammo you need a strong hand to open the bolt.. inspection of the brass and you find extreme ejector marks and it’s cutting brass/swiping them. Had another friend with a new customer prc try the same ammo and no issue. I feel bad that a company can charge 2k for a gun and it’s this wrong… really how does it ever leave their factory with this big of an issue. I will attach a photo of the brass when I get one and some findings when I get a chance to mic some fired brass. At this point the guns a danger to shoot. Anyone else run into this yet

I think I have finally figured out my SPR build and I just wanted to ask if there are any parts you would change. Currently waiting on a Scionics NP3 BCG so that I can send it off to CLE to match to a barrel.

Any recommendations for gas tubes and gas blocks?

Anything you would change? Im mainly going with a Radian builders kit because I can buy one straight from a distributor and I know they make quality shit, though I do like the look of the G$ Mk16 rail better. Would it be beneficial to go with some sort of thermal fit upper or would it not make that much of a difference?

Also thoughts on Apache Rifle Works for building it? I would rather pay someone to do it right than have to fuck with it myself, especially considering my fingers have the dexterity of a dead person.

Never thought of them before moving to Oklahoma but I see a lot of them advertised. All of them have only one door and most open outward. What happens if the tornado dumps half the house on the shelter and you cant get the door open...and its 110% and no cell phone service because the tornado fucked up everything for miles? You fucking roast and die, I'd rather be in the Oceangate, at least it was quick.

In thinking it over it seems the way to design them is:

-Above ground
-2 exits doors that both open in, one on each side of the shelter to give you a better chance of exit.
-Keep the chainsaw in there so you can open the door and cut your way out.
