Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) has sent direct mailers to Wyoming Democrats, requesting they change parties to be eligible to vote in the August Republican primary.

The mailer has direct instructions on how Democrat Wyoming voters can change their party affiliation to cast a vote for Cheney, who is down 28 points to Trump-endorsed Harriet Hageman. The mailer also displays Cheney’s campaign web address for Democrat voters to learn more specifics.

“DO I HAVE TO BE REGISTERED AS A REPUBLICAN TO VOTE FOR LIZ IN THE REPUBLICAN PRIMARY?” the website link reads. “HOW DO I CHANGE MY PARTY AFFILIATION TO REGISTER AS A REPUBLICAN SO I CAN VOTE FOR LIZ?” another says.
Joseph Barbuto, the chairman of the Wyoming Democrat Party, was among the constituents who received Cheney’s direct mail piece. Speaking with the New York Times, he said Cheney’s plot of winning reelection by Democrat votes is likely to fail.

“Even if every Democrat in the state switched over,” he stated, “I don’t think it’d be enough to help her.”

Wyoming has about four times more registered Republican voters than Democrats. According to the Wyoming secretary of state’s office, Republicans increased voter registration over Democrats by 1,689 between the months of January and June. Democrat and unaffiliated voter registrations sunk by 1,303.

Used but not abused, has some scuffs on the body and a little marring on the sunshade.

Does anyone know anyone or a company that does small batch custom vinyl decals? I am a K9 handler and I'm wanting to get some decals made with my dogs name and a logo. I am currently shooting NRL22 and AMR with Athlon Cronus BTR GEN2 4.5x29 APRS1. Not super happy with the scope, it works and I like the reticle but I feel the eye relief is tight.

Looking for a new scope. I was looking at the NF Nx8 4-32 F1 MIL XT but there have been a lot of negative comments on that scope. I have been reading the forums for the past 2 days.

Also interested in the new Burris XTR Pro SCR 2, can't seem to find one in stock.

Trying to keep the price around the 2K mark, this isn't a hard stop and I could go for the NF ATACR 7-35 but is it really $1450.00 more than the NX8?

Important features to me are Mil reticle xmas tree style, FFP, better eye relief than the Cronus, and parallax to shoot at or around 25 yrds.

NRL22 and AMR are the first and only competition rifle matches I have ever shot and I have only shot a few matches. So far no targets have been past 200 yards but they could go farther at the range I shoot.

Besides a Razer HD gen 1 5-20, the only scopes I have used are some crappy Simmons on a 10/22 and the Cronus.

I’ve a savage 93- (lake field Canadian made ) in .22 mag- picked it up last Labor Day weekend. From the get it would not fire - sometimes dent a primer but not fire . Sent it back to savage who did I a fairly quick manner fix it and return it to me . Now it fires- won’t says shoots - couldn’t hold any type of group - one or two rounds impacting where I want them to next 3 could be high low left. After a few rounds I had a new problem- spent rounds would not eject, again savage fixed it and sent it back in a short time . Switched scopes- same inconsistency switched scopes a second time brand new Bushnell- same problem- made sure rings were tight, bases tight . Took the old scope off put it on a .22 and no problems zeroing it or holding zero. Then Inoticed that the action screws were loose like really loose so I tightened them back up- now the bolt is stiff to lift and the firing pin is again not hitting hard enough to ignite round . Have tried 4 flavors of ammo- 2 from cci 1 from Winchester and one from Hornady.
Yep I could and probably will send it back to Savage again- but I had a thought that with this lemon I could maybe make some lemonade- anyone here ever re-barrel a .22 mag to .17HMR? As I understand the barrel is press fit and pinned not threaded in.

Okay, so I've read pretty much every single 420 to 527 comparison I can find on multiple forums across the 'web, and none of them really seem to do a great job of explaining one particular thing.

When both scopes are compared side by side at an identical power through their overlapping range of 5x-20x, is there any meaningful difference between any of the typical subjective qualities like IQ, CA, or eye box?

It seems that every comparison I have found focuses on the obvious differences like size, weight, FoV, etc., or they make a comparison at min or max zoom which isn't apple to apples.
