Obviously Tikka is Tikka but Seekins is claiming to have a smoother action and the Hit Pro m3 comes with a TT Diamond.

I am looking to buy a 223 bolt gun. Sub 2k. Generally prefer custom build but both of these can be had for sub 2k.

Used in 2-3 matches. Slight nick on the back. Bipod feet show very little wear.
