President-elect Donald Trump is arriving at the White House armed with a legal weapon that will let him fire any of President Joe Biden’s appointees.

Thanks in part to a court fight former Trump White House spokesman Sean Spicer lost over his firing by Biden from a three-year term to the Board of Visitors to the United States Naval Academy, the incoming president will have the legal backing to dump any of Biden’s over 4,000 appointments who try to stick around.
And the best part, Spicer told Secrets, “They’ll have no one to blame but Biden himself.”

The case dates to Sept. 8, 2021, when Biden began to fire Trump allies from the visitor boards at the academies of the Navy, the Air Force, and the Army.

Spicer and others, including Russ Vought (just picked by Trump to head the Office of Management and Budget) and former Trump counselor Kellyanne Conway, were unceremoniously dumped despite several of them having time left on their three-year terms.

Spicer and Vought sued, saying that unlike White House staff or others appointed by a prior president, they couldn’t be fired because of their congressionally mandated terms.

They lost, however, when a judge essentially ruled that the president could fire any presidential appointee, whether they had terms or not. A further effort failed, too.

Spicer said that is exactly what he hoped the courts would do because he wanted to help a future Trump presidency fire Biden’s picks without having its hands tied.

“What no one ever understood was this was not about actually getting back on the board, because my term had been expired for months. It was forcing them to argue in the affirmative that they had the ultimate authority to fire anybody at any time, which they did. And the court accepted that. So the Biden administration is now on record in court, and the court agreed that the president had absolute authority to fire anyone he wants,” Spicer said in an interview.

“The whole point is now, on day one, President Trump can go in and fire everyone and say it was the Biden folks who told us that we could do this,” he said of aiding White House executives who seek to hire the loyal team that Trump wants.

I had a thought that this time out I might try ten shot groups. (I usually do five shot groups with ten charge weights). My question is
whether 10 shot groups is really necessary.

Wondering if anyone has mounted a ZCO 4-20 on a split rail Long action and gotten proper eye relief. I have a L/A Impact NBK coming in a month or so and looking to mount my ZCO on it or start looking for another optic if need be. Has Anyone done this and gotten proper eye relief?… if so what is your LOP? Searched this pretty extensively with not much success.

Building my first ever LR oriented rifle, which I will primarily use for hunting. I do want to take some LR intro courses and see where that goes mainly to develop a solid foundation and understanding.

So far here's what I have:
- Bergara B14 Ridge SP 18" 6.5CM
- KRG Bravo Chassis
- Talley 20 MOA Pic Rail
- Vortex Viper HD 3-15X with NF low rings

I'll be pulling my Omega 300 from another rifle to run on this when I use it, hence the 18". Hunting will be probably 300yd and in on White Tail.

Curious what mags to go with, and if the magpul bipod is a decent option? I will keep it off most of the time, I think and just utilize the stud in the KRG unless that is a bad idea. Can't seem to get good info on mags.

Anything else I am forgetting or should focus on? I plan to research rounds but planning to buy off the shelf for the foreseeable future. Appreciate any input

I'm looking for a 1-8 or preferably 1-10 illumated reticle scope for a 9" 450 bushmaster AR... right now I'm running a Leupold VX6 1-6 with the firedot reticle but I'd like more magnification.
I do want a daylight bright illuminated reticle like red dot bright.
Kind of thinking about an NX8 1-8 or maybe Credo 1-10 but I haven't seen either 1st hand to compare illumination or glass quality. Anyone have any experience with these two, especially side by side comparison? Or am I missing any other options in that same price range with super bright illumination?
Ive got discount certs for Apex, Athlon, Burris, Zeiss, and Vortex that I could use if it's a good option and keeps me in that price range or lower.
I really dont want to spend Gen 3 razor or ATACR money, I mean there's really nothing wrong with the VX6 I'm running now, Id just like more magnification than 6x

2 - FAKE HK MK23 dummy suppressor - USSOCOM markings and more- M16x1LH thread pitch. The inside is smooth and there are no baffles even resembling the real deal. I got this years back when I first got my MK23, just because...it looks cool! I've never tried actually shooting anything through it. I probably put it on for a few pictures and then it's spent the rest of it's life on a shelf. These are normally $135-150 plus shipping. Get this tacti-cool picture worthy add on for your MK23 for $90 $75 $60shipped USPS priority.


3 - Surefire P115 Nitrolon HK USP light - vintage, old school, call it what you will - this would look rad on your USP! Comes with both the pistol mount and the light with grip pressure pad. Works great. One side of grip pad damaged and fixed with M1Mod0 electrical tape. $40 shipped





4 - GG&G M1A/M14 bipod rail unit - this has been mounted but is in 99% condition. These work well on the older stocks but the new one's are a bit too thick and the screws for this unit are a hair in the way for the op rod movement, so out they go. $20 shipped.




5 - Surefire Helmet Light HL1-B-TN tan color, comes with the helmet mount and everything, including molle mount - new in the box, never taken out except for photos. IR/White light LED's. 9 - Leupold STD matte bases and rings for a Weatherby Mark V - the bases are Leupold part 51703 and the medium rings are Leupold part 49901. These were installed on a rifle but never had a scope mounted in them even. The rifle is gone, now these need to go. $30 shipped for both items.



10 - Ruger 10/22 factory stock and barrel - Take off's for a custom build. Basic wood stock, blue hardware and blue barrel. Nothing pictured was used or fired at all. Freshen up your tired old 10/22 with a new barrel and new furniture! Will ship in original box that still has the Ruger lock, papers, etc. $80 shipped priority. I'm working on a mk12-ish build and was gonna get a bartlein or kreiger barrel from compass lake. But WOA is having a black friday deal on their SPR barrels for less than half the price of a CLE. Seems like both companies are highly regarded here from what I've seen. Anyone know what blanks WOA uses or recommend one over the other? This would be running DMR/gas gun matches out to 700ish and just because I want a mk12.
